What is the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), and why we need it?

It's in general 17 digits long usually found on the top of the dash pad the driver's side of vehicle, necessary in identifying the correct part of vehicle.

Can I order my request on phone?
Yes, you can make an order by phone to deliver your request within a specific time, depending on your area.
Can we call for maintenance support?
You can call us any time you need our support, we have more than hundred of qualified technicians with numerous fully equipped vans to comprehensively service your vehicle.

We accept Visa, Master card, Diners and American Express.
What is the policy of return?
There is no refund after ten days of the purchase and without the invoice. No return on electrical and accessories parts. The merchandise should be returned for inspection before refund. Parts should be unused and unpacked. We reserve the right not to return any merchandise that doesn't meet the above criteria.
